Help getting new SIM

Hey all,

 

I am struggling to get through to O2 support. It says there is a live chat function but I am unable to see this anywhere on the site.

Unfortunately I had my phone stolen yesterday. I've bought a new phone but I can't actually call O2 to get a new one sent. I went into store and they are unable to process my order as my passport was taken as well so I don't have any verifiable ID. I live alone so can't use anyone's phone at this time. Is there any way I can actually speak to someone online?

Lost or Stolen O2 Device

Call 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
