Can someone please  get fraud team to contact me. 

I have the phone and want to pay for it! 
I cannot sign into my account and my bill is due next week and you have no payment method on file. 

Please fraud team get in touch! its been like 2 weeks no response no nothing

As explained to you before, fraud will not contact you.

You need to contact payment management to pay bills.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am
