hello! I can't use my o2 sim card. I can use data but I can't make calls or text. Does anyone know how I can activate my sim card?

If it is PAYG, it needs to be used periodically or it is disconnected, @Ihbm.

If Contract, and your nearby O2 mast is not out of service ( Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?), then a call to O2 is definitely needed.
