I preorderd the S25 Ultra the day it was annouced,received the phone ok but never got the discount code for the galaxy buds 3 Pro after the 30days. Anyone else having issues getting the code from O2?

sorry to hijack this thread but I have received my 2 codes and after spending 7 hrs between the online chat, phone calls and social media, I was finally told both orders were done, I was charged £40 (£20 x 2 for the 2 separate buds 3 pro) yet this week, I have been refunded the £40 with no information and I'm now really annoyed as I want the buds 3 pro deal I was promised at point of sale on my S25 and S25 Ultra, could somebody please help me with this as I really do not want to waste another 7hrs on calls to people that clearly couldn't care about us customers as long as our bills are paid on time.
