Havent received my Samsung Buds 3 Pro discount for preodering the S25 Ultra

I preorderd the S25 Ultra the day it was annouced,received the phone ok but never got the discount code for the galaxy buds 3 Pro after the 30days. Anyone else having issues getting the code from O2?

Thanks @Dave-O2 I'm in similar boat, even chatted to support last week but got fobbed off with a generic "I'll email you a special link in 24h" unsurprisingly that never occured.

@Dave-O2 I too havent received the discount code and I am becoming very frustrated with calling CS as I always have the generic response of well escalate and contact you within 24 to 48 hours with an update and the I never receive the update.
