I renewed my contract with O2 on June 26th 2023 and when choosing my new Samsung S23 it showed a promotional offer where you would received a free pair of ear Buds after 30 days. It's been 43 days and I've received no text with the code so I can claim.
When looking online, it shows that the promotional offer was available between April 13th and May 10th and ended July 5th 2023.
However, when renewing on June 26th, it clearly showed the promotional offer. It's one of the reasons I renewed!
So, now I ask... how do I get my free entitled buds ?
