I bought 2 S25 Ultras from O2 with the promise of the buds 3 pro per device, I have only received one code. Anyone else having the same issue? This is really poor service. I called and warned them I had only received one, a month ago, only to be told to wait till the end of Feb.
I waited until the end of feb to be told wait more business days. At this point they are sending me on a run around. Its getting beyond frustrating, just give me my code.
