I bought 2 S25 Ultras from O2 with the promise of the buds 3 pro per device, I have only received one code. Anyone else having the same issue? This is really poor service. I called and warned them I had only received one, a month ago, only to be told to wait till the end of Feb.
I waited until the end of feb to be told wait more business days. At this point they are sending me on a run around. Its getting beyond frustrating, just give me my code.

I pre ordered my S25 ultra the day orders went live. I still haven't had a code. I called customer services, was told advisor "wasn't aware of the offer" and passed me from pillar to post. I've never had issues like this before.

Hi Dave. Do you know what the wait time currently is? I also pre ordered 2 of the s25 ultras and was told I would recieve codes for both of the numbers after 30 days but still haven't recieved any? Thanks.
