Haven't received my Samsung Buds 3 Pro Code!!!!

I bought 2 S25 Ultras from O2 with the promise of the buds 3 pro per device, I have only received one code. Anyone else having the same issue? This is really poor service. I called and warned them I had only received one, a month ago, only to be told to wait till the end of Feb.

I waited until the end of feb to be told wait more business days. At this point they are sending me on a run around. Its getting beyond frustrating, just give me my code.

@Dave-O2Can you look i to mine for me please? Ordered s25 ultra upgrade 24th Jan and delivered 4th Feb. I chased up with O2 chat 1st March and they advised they have raised it and will receive code with 3-5 days and not received. I went back onto chat today and after 4 transfers was given a code that doesn't work. Advised them it didn't work and they asked me to call so they can place the order, the reason I'm trying online is I am deaf and can't call. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

I wonder if there will be similar delays to the price increase next month.

Amazing that they manage to get everything right that benefits them but actually sod all works that benefits the customer.......

I am sure that @Dave-O2 will do his best to help you but you should not expect to hear from him before Monday. 👍 

 

You say your code does not work. Have you tried copy and paste as, when folks have been retyping codes in the past, typographical errors have caused issues. For example, a lower case "l", a capital "I" and a number "1" causing confusion.
