I took out a new contract on the 28th Nov. The phone was dispatched to my local o2 store on the 3rd December. It is now the 15th December and the phone still has not arrived at the store. I have phoned customer service multiple times and feel like I am getting no where. They all keep saying they will try and track the order. They ring the couriers but never seem to be able to get hold of them. I have been told twice that I will receive a phone call from a manager but this has not happened. I have also called the o2 store it is meant to be getting delivered to multiple times but no luck. I am being billed on the 18th for a phone that I haven’t even received! I am getting so frustrated! Has anyone else had this problem?
