@Sam3 everyone has to wait 30 days from purchase to claim.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Sam3 we've had many reported problems with IMEI numbers not being recognised and other issues when trying to claim.

If you have any problems after waiting 30 days just drop a message to @Martin-O2 who will help you out.
