HELP! 3 WEEKS NOT RECEIVING TEXTS!

Anonymous
Not applicable

My boyfriend does not have an iphone but I do, and he has not received any of my texts for 3 weeks now!  I am on O2 and he is on Tesco mobile (which i think is linked to o2?).  I am receiving texts from him and he receives texts from everyone else.  The texts i am sending him are coming up as sent.  This is what I have done to troubeshoot the issue so far...

- Made sure neither of us has blocked the number (we havent);

-Made sure I was sending message as a SMS and not imessage;

- Rebooted iphone and uploaded software;

- Deleted entire previous conversation and started new one;

- Deleted boyfriend's number and re-entered it;

Despite doing this, nothing is working- please help!  He's the one I text the most!!!!!

The problem from what you say seems like is in his phone. If he van send texts to you and you can receive it tells us there is no problem in your sim. its his phone or his sim just get the phone looked into by Tesco and get it fixed

Did you check the blocked number list in the message app as well as the phone app?

Hi

Try cleaning the sim.

Swap the sim out at an O2 store is an option.

It's almost certainly a problem concerning blocking on your boyfriend's phone. If it's the only number you are having issues with then a new simcard won't help. Double check the other phone.

I'd almost put money on the number been on the blocked list in the message app settings, which is different to the call block list.
If not it's a real strange problem with no logic.....
