Claiming to be O2 I asked to prove they got a txt sent just had to say my name and told me about what package I had seemed to try sell and say loyalty here's the number 0330 303 5329

Never respond to cold callers trying to sell something no matter who they say they are. Don't engage in a conversation with them. Just hang up and then block the number. It just takes a little common sense.

@liggerz87  Although the thread linked to above has a different digit at the end (in that they have replaced the 5 with a 9), the advice remains the same.  Block the number. It's a scam, as shown here
