I'm not sure how I can use the Internet when I'm not in a WiFi spot in paris. Do I have to purchase a bolt on? My data doesn't renew until 1st September, and, I think I'm reaching my data limit

You can use your data as you do at home (upto 25Gb) in Paris, and if you need more data then purchase a bolton before you go.
