Hello,
I have recently ordered an iphone 13 pro max leather case from O2, however, upon opening the box I can see that the case is chipped and the leather is used. This case is clearly not new!
Usually I have a good experience with O2 when I ordered airpods from them, however after being abruptly hung up on after waiting on a phone line for 1 hour I am quite fed up. Im going to buy a genuine case from the apple store today so I am wondering what I should do about this as I am now £50 out of pocket...very frustrating!!
