Getting completely and utterly fed up with 02 and poor reception!!!

OK, so its 2013! People are talking about 4g and so on!

We are sitting here in the western shores of Lough Neagh! (Coagh - Ballinderry - Ardboe - Moortown etc) I myself am only 7 miles from one biggish town and 10 miles from another and yes, we are rural community.

Within this range of extremely poor service there are still thousands of people. Many of which stupidly (including myself) give money to 02 month after month, year after year.

Since starting my own business I've really started to notice how bad this problem is and how it affects business.

It really sickens me when I walk past a 02 shop in the towns and on the window it says "4g coming soon" Give us 2G at least out here ffs!

None of the phone companies have great signal around here, Orange (EE) I've heard isn't as bad. 02 is by far the most popular (as in, it has the most users. Not as in people love them) so they should be doing something about it. Thousands of people paying monthly contracts for poor service.

We never have signal. I'm going to end up breaking my neck hanging out the bedroom window upstairs attempting to listen to a crackly voice mail!

SORT IT OUT!

WHAT DO YOU NEED US TO DO? PAY YOU MORE? DO A PARTITION? SACRIFICE A LAMB?

Have you checked if there are any faults at your local mast? http://status.o2.co.uk/

Does this affect everyone on O2 where you are?

If it affects all networks then sadly you must just be in a blackspot. I guess there must be a way that you can petition to have a mast erected where you are, but I dont know what that process is, sorry!
