Ho there. So when I was looking to upgrade to the note 9 it included a promotion for headphones. Due to cash flow I went in store and got my upgrade and was told that after 2 weeks i would get an email telling me how to get the headphones that came with the offer. Nothing so far and it's been over a month. Help!

@GalaxyNote9 this was a Samsung promotion which you claimed by downloading either the Samsung shop app or the Galaxy app from the Samsung app store.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
