Solved: Galaxy earpods with contract

I got this contract a few months ago and I was entitled to a free pair of galaxy airpods (earphones) but they never sent me a message or anything. They were supposed to send me a link or code to claim them but never received...does anyone know how? All I've had is one email to say today is the last day to claim them
