I took a phone s23 ultra from o2. And I have been told I will receive a voucher for galaxy buds 2 Pro.. but I still didn't received any voucher code..

Is it only available for 512 GB  Variant because I bought S23 Ultra of 256gb variant. And the store agent said I will get buds but after 30 days of purchase. I still didnt got the voucher so I enquired with them in chat. And they said it's only available with 512 Gb variant. If they had said this earlier while purchasing,i would have purchased 512gb variant. Now I feel cheated.
