Unfortunately not no, the 4g version is not available from O2.

It still syncs to your phone via a local connection.
It's the same with the Apple watch I'm afraid.

Ah I see, it still has all the other features though like being waterproof I hope?

Exactly the same just no standalone SIM functions, so will work fully as long as you also have your phone with you.
