I signed up for the free Disney for six months but I’ve never used it so now do I cancel it so that I don’t get charged. I went onto the Disney website but it says manage from my O2 account

Go to your extras in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Click on the big + sign beneath your extra and then click manage.
Turn off the auto renew switch.

In My O2, scroll down to My Extras

Click on the big + ssign below the extra

Manage extra will pop up

Click on that and set auto renew to off.
