Hi I was contacted today by 02 saying they would send me either AirPods or a wireless charger for free.
I’ve had no confirmation email only one saying my password was changed.
Worried this could be a scam?
They didn’t confirm my address but said it would arrive Monday

Definitely sounds like a scam esp as they changed your password.

Report it to O2 immediately and action fraud.
