I have recently upgraded my phone and part of the upgrade was a free pair of Samsung galaxy earbuds. I have called customer services 5 times now, including this morning where I was cut off after 40 minutes waiting on the line. I have been told 3 times that the code is on its way and still not recieved the code or the headphones. Anyone else had this issue as I'm thinking just to take the phone back and tell them to keep it as the customer service is terrible

If you take the phone back after 14days then you need to pay off the device plan in full, and if you dont, and dont pay o2 will come after you for the money, and destroy your credit file, and as a last resort send in the Debt Collectors.

 

Bare in mind you wont get the code until 30 days have passed.
