Has anyone else had issues ordering the Free Samsung Buds pro From o2 i upgraded to a Galaxy s23 Ultra in may and it came with a offer off a set of Samsung buds pros.
i have recieved a code to obtain the buds and a link but i have tried twice now and keep coming up with the same error message on the website
i have tried twice to call o2 but have been told to call back later
