I recently purchased an OPPO A94 mobile phone from O2. When I purchased this I got a leaflet to claim a free OPPO band however when I go to the claim site neither the phone or O2 are listed when trying to make the claim.
I have emailed the OPPO claims team in the hope they may be able to shed some light on this.
Anyone else experienced this / have any ideas on this?

It is an Oppo Offer, so the only people who can advise is their team, i am afraid.
But agree the oppoclaim.co.uk site seems to be only the X series.

Resolved, I contacted the OPPO claim team and the offer is now available on their claims site
