@Kaya
When did you purchase?
You need to wait 30 days before you can claim.
Check the T&C's here https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/free-huawei-t3-8-tablet-when-you-buy-the-huawei-mate...

I purchased 2 of these on 01/10/2018.  One for my wife and one for my son.  I came to claim the first of these and the message I get is "IMEI is invalid. Please enter exactly as shown on your device.".  Having double checked, I can confirm that the IMEI number is correct.  Any ideas?

Hi @MI5, thanks for the quick response.

I haven't tried the second one yet, as the first failed and they were both purchased on the same day.

If I get a different response I'll add it to this post.

Just to confirm: I get the same response for both devices

Are you entering the IMEI numbers without spaces or characters? Just enter the numbers  only.

Thanks for the advice @jonsie, but I entered both 15 digit IMEI numbers without spaces or other characters and the javascript in the box validated it with a green tick.

I'm open to other options?

Hello,

Did you have any luck with this? I am having the exact same problem with the website saying: IMEI is invalid. Please enter exactly as shown on your device.

I have tried to claim the free tablet on 6 diffrent devices with no luck. I have e-mailed them with no reply. I have phoned o2 who said they have passed it onto Hawei but I haven't heard back from them.

I only settled on getting the Huawei because of the tablet offer.  I can see the redemption page says "Subject to Availabilty" So I can see where this is probably gonna go for me/us.

Thanks
