Has anybody received their freebuds from the P20Pro Offer? I placed my order months ago and haven't received them yet? 

Please say i'm not the only one!

I know the promotion held between 18th July- 16th August is now closed

If you were eligible you should have received them within 44 days of purchase.

Did you ever receive a claim ID where you could track the earbuds?

Hi there. I received an email saying my claim has been validated and had been accepted but have not received the earbuds. I received the validation on 11 September.

I purchased the phone on 20 aufmgust however was assured that the promotion was still valid by the O2 shop in the Grafton centre, Cambridge.
