Free 6 months disney plus issue

I recently took out my free 6 month subscription of Disney plus. Today I went to log into my account and Disney is asking me to renew my account. 'Welcome back, it seems you aren't subscribed.'
I've also today recieved a text from O2 telling me to renew at £5.99 a month. What's up with this? Why has my 6 months free subscription dissappeared? Not impressed.
Any help would be great.

You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
