Free 6 months Disney +

I've just joined O2 on a Sim only deal where I get 6 months Free Disney + but when I log into my O2 account I can't see anywhere how I add Disney + and active the free subscription/deal. 

 

It's not in Extras or Add ons either. 

 

When I joined it said I had 28 days to decide which Extras I wanted but Disney + is nowhere to be found now that my number has transferred to O2 as of today.

 

Can anyone shed any light on this or tell me how I claim my 6 month free subscription to Disney + ?

Hi,

 

Thanks but I already tried that (following the link via the email O2 sent me about choosing my free Extras. 

 

It just makes me log onto my O2 account and I back to square one. No mention of Disney + anywhere on the app in Extras or Add ons still. 

 

I think there's something wrong with the O2 app.

Hi,

 

Unfortunately I'm not on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. 

 

I have tried using the help option on the app but you don't actually speak to a real person. Just a bot. 

 

I've tried to find answers on forums and Google searches but to no avail. 

 

As I said before, I think there might be a technical issue with the o2 app as I'm now seeing error codes and messages saying 'Something went wrong' when I try accessing parts of the app. 

 

I'm gonna try using the link again tomorow the email O2 sent me about chosing my free add on. 

 

Not the best start or impression after joining O2!
