Hi,
Does anyone have an email address I can use to contact the Fraud or Security team please?

I believe mine and a number of other O2 numbers have been spoofed by fraudsters and are being used for purposes of criminal activity.

Who can I speak to at O2 about this.

@Dan73

The fraud team are not customer facing so you need to contact O2 directly to report issues.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Number spoofing is well know and rife these days unfortunately Number spoofing scams - Ofcom

Fortunately, they move nto a new number fairly quickly.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Dan73 Number spoofing is rife these days. Not really anything anyone can do to prevent it at the moment. In the meanwhile, here are other links you should take a look at:
