Hi,
I just joined O2 few weeks ago. And the fraud team have just blocked my account. I have been hours on the phone with customer service and went back to the store where I signed up for the phone and nobody can help me because they don't have the access to my account. I have emailed the o2fraudteam@02.com 5 times now since last week and no reply. Apparently there's no phone number to call their department.
What do you do in this situation? Absolute nightmare.
Has this happen to anyone?
