Just an FYI though, Kim is still part of the Social Media team here at O2 but while she was able to help with this, she doesn’t really work on the O2 Community side of things any more - sadly 
. She may be able to help from time-to-time but in general, it’d be better to tag me / Martin / Marjo / Mercedes etc

Yep, Brad's still about and part of the SM team but likewise, is in a different role within the team - I essentially took over Brad's involvement with the O2 Community way back.
It's not that he didn't like you guys, it's just I thought I could do a better job than him here... But shh, don't tell him I said that
