Find who's rang

Hi , can anybody help me please ?

My mum's had a text twice from the same number saying she owes money to them.

She wont be told to ignore it.

I have had her text me the number its a mobile number.

Is there any way i can find out whose number it is ?

Or it could be something more inadvertent like someone else getting the wrong number! I've had people text me thinking it was someone else and even after texting them back saying it wasn't who they thought it was, they still rang me a few months later.

Mind you if they've specifically stated the person's name then its been obtained through other means and its best to do as others have suggested i.e. ignore it and they won't bother her again or report it if its threatening.

Have you thought of hiding your number and calling the sender of the text?
