Hey I was wondering if anyone can help me. I Pacted my number over to another network on 30th March and I paid what I assume is my final bill on the 14th.
However its more then what I was told it would be (I know there can be other charges) but I haven't been sent my final bill to check. (I did get a letter about my tariff changing though).
I've been told I can get my final bill on my o2 (website) but this is not the case.
I've tried ringing and I cant get through to anyone. I've tried 0800 588 4217 as well as the normal customer service number and no luck. I've also asked on Facebook and twitter.
Any suggestions?
