Fast track entry - O2 Forum Kentish Town?

Hi all, I'm going to a gig at the Forum in Kentish Town, which, from looking at the venue website, is now an O2 venue, though I don't see any mention of it on the O2 website. I am quite new to O2 and was wondering if anyone can confirm that I can get fast track entry to this venue?

 

If the answer is yes, does that also apply to my guests (2 people) if they are not with O2? How do I get fast track entry, is there an app I need to show them on my phone, or do I get a text from O2?

Hi @Anonymous,

I've spoken to the rest of the team and the venue shares all of the benefits of any other O2-supported site slight_smile

 

The only reason the website is not as up to date is because the addition is brand new!

I am not absolutely sure on this but I thought it was dependent on whether you bought tickets through O2 Priority...and/or whether there were fast track entry points at the particular venue? This is all I can find.

Hi Toby, thanks for the reply. It's Sunday November 15th - Epica Ultimate Enigma with Eluveite and Scar Symmetry.

 

It would be good to know what the general policy is as we often go to gigs at the Academy Islington and occasionally Brixton as well. Specifically:

 

  • Do the tickets have to be purchased through O2 Priority or can they be purchased from Ticketmaster (for example)?
  • How do I demonstrate to the staff on the door that I am an O2 customer?
  • Does the fast track entry extend to my guests or do they also have to be with O2?

There was another article I found that said to prove you were an O2 customer you just showed the O2 logo on your phone. (I actually can't find that now)

Oh I dunno Rich...I was just saying what I had read somewhere. Surely though if you werte with O2 it would display the O2 network?
