I’ve got the family plan discount on my phone but when I look at my bill it says there is no discount added what do I do?

It should appear in My O2 as a bolt on.

If not showing reboot your phone and see if that works.

If you have recently taken out a new contract you will have to reapply

@Pug202 Discount won't appear until your second bill.
