Family plan

Iaboit 2 weeks ago I got a new phone for my son with the family plan but on the first bill it hasn’t taken the discount off. Does it take a while to set up and will it be back dated or should it be done straight away?

Hi @Jodie1708 the discount will appear from the second bill onwards.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

I expect it will show on your 2nd bill but call customer service to be clear on 202 from your mobile phone. They won’t backdate it likely but may refund you.
