Hi,
I'm having problems connecting to the public O2 WiFi with my S7 Edge.
I was able to do so for a long time, but suddenly (about 2 months ago) it stopped connecting.
It connects perfectly in other locations, but not the one that I use the most.
I've tried using a static IP address, and despite connecting, it doesn't provide internet connection.
I also tried resetting my phone, but it didn't solve anything.
Tried logging into 1.0.0.0 in a different location and logging off, but it also didn't work.
Is there any other solutions or should I just increase my data plan? Resetting the router isn't a solution as I don't have a personal access to it.
Edit: I also can't change my MAC address, since my phone isn't rooted

Hi @Anonymous It's possibly an account registration problem...Have a look at this thread and see if the advice given works for you https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Android-Devices-Samsung-HTC-Sony/Can-t-Connect-To-O2-wifi/m-p/866904/highlight/true#M45384

I tried everything I could without rebooting the router, as I'm familiar with this type of error but usually I have access to the routers, unfortunately in this case all I could do was within my mobile.
I'll speak with the people responsible and see if they can reboot it.
Thanks for the help
