FITBIT offer phone replaces

HI,

The fitbit offer doesn't accept my phones imei number.. I opened a new contract with you, however the original S6 I got was faulty and had to be changed to the one I have now. This is the only imei number I have not the original. Please can someone look into this.

They don't have it as the phone has been replaced and they don't have the original.

Duh me.... Never mind they could still give it a try....I know this advice from MI5 worked for someone else...so maybe a miracle could happen ...

I know when I swapped to a Note 3 from my S3 it actually took the website 2 weeks to update. (which could have been an error on the website. Mind you I still have the old receipt for my S3 with the IMEI on it...

Does the original IMEI not show in my O2?
