FITBIT offer phone replaces

HI,

The fitbit offer doesn't accept my phones imei number.. I opened a new contract with you, however the original S6 I got was faulty and had to be changed to the one I have now. This is the only imei number I have not the original. Please can someone look into this.

Just enter the IMEI number without any dots, dashes, lines or spaces.

I know when I swapped to a Note 3 from my S3 it actually took the website 2 weeks to update. (which could have been an error on the website. Mind you I still have the old receipt for my S3 with the IMEI on it...
