I have recently upgraded to a new phone and was given an extra, Disney+ for 6 months free. Before upgrading i had Disney plus as an extra which took £2 off my bill. now ive upgraded its said that the previous extra has been cancelled but i can still get onto the account which i used for it. Does the new extra i have replace the old one?

You have to cancel the original subscription in order to enjoy the extra

If you’re joining O2 or upgrading, you can choose Disney+ as your included Extra when completing your order online, in store or over the phone. If you’re already an O2 customer and you’re not ready to upgrade yet, you can add Disney+ as a paid Extra to your monthly bill – just go to My O2 or call us on 202 from your O2 mobile to get it added. You can get our Disney+ offer in My O2 by going to the ‘Offers’ or ‘Extras’ section.
