Hi there, I upgraded and chose Audible as my extra but I can’t use it as I already have an account how do I change this to the Apple Extra option? Thank you

I imagine you'd have to call customer service as you won't get another option once you have redeemed an offer. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
