Help I added on an extra for my upgraded phone and it won’t let me redeem my code for Disney+?

You will need to cancel the first extra as you can only have one at a time.

I'm having the same problem with the Disney + code, but I can't contact anyone at O2 as it's not really an emergency situation.

Feel a bit stuck, but I guess we're all feeling like that right now 🤦🏽‍♀️

Mine is still showing as redeem now but it all went through on Thursday. Watching Captain America Civil War at the moment.
