I added an extra to my account, but when I click the redeem button and have been told I’ll be redirected to their website the webpage doesn’t change. Is this an issue with the O2 website or with the extra website?
I’ve tried this on mobile browser, the O2 app, and my iPad but no luck getting it to work.

Worked first try with chrome, something about safari blocks you from going to whichever page your extra belongs to.
