I added an extra to my account, but when I click the redeem button and have been told I’ll be redirected to their website the webpage doesn’t change. Is this an issue with the O2 website or with the extra website?
I’ve tried this on mobile browser, the O2 app, and my iPad but no luck getting it to work.

I'm in the same boats, Web chat, spoke to an assistant, emails even went to their store!
All the same stuff.
Sorry you don't know what's going on but will raise a concern for you.
That was 6 months ago. Still no change. Spokes them again. They're raise the concern again.

Hello,
I had the same issue. I just resolved it by copying the URL into the chrome app on my phone. When you hit the redeem button through this, it'll say Pop-Up blocked. Just tap that notification and it can take you to the page you need to go to.
