I have a UK O2 number and thus get free roaming when in Europe.

Next week, I'm going to be in Germany. If someone from the UK texts me while I'm there, will they be charged extra because they're trying to contact a number that's technically in Germany, or will they be charged their usual rate because they're trying to contact a UK number that has the free roaming?
