I purchased the Studio Buds but originally wanted the air pods pro. Sadly, they were out of stock so I settled for the buds.
After receiving the buds they work well and have good base but whilst I’m on the phone they cut out very quickly and my callers can’t hear me.
The Air Pod Pros are now back in stock and I want to exchange but don’t know how to. Can anyone assist?
