I could previously fully use the internet and other services perfectly well on the continent. Three or four weeks ago, I finally accepted to talk to one of your many agents who have rung to ask if I would like a new tarrif. She seemed very helpful and signed me up to a new one, assuring me when I specifically requested to have full roaming access when in Italy, in particular, that this would be maintained.
I have since travelled to Italy and I have no roaming access. I returned to the UK, visited one of your shops who said that I 'was not the first customer who has had this problem: it just needs switching from Europe Roaming to O2 Roaming'. She very kindly arranged this but I flew to Italy that evening and it still does not work. I have also tried to initiate a 'chat' to ask for help on your app but to no avail. It is proving extremely difficult to function here until this is resolved.

A few things to try:
Change your roaming network
Ensure Roaming is switched on the handset
Check your APN is set to mobile.o2.co.uk
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help look into this.
