Hi. I am at giffgaff. I’m thinking to buy an Apple Watch as you know giffgaff doesn’t support esim so I want to transfer my number to o2. Is it possible to get esim on sim only deals as I don’t want a contract. I mean have the same number in my iPhone and esim on Apple Watch? And do I have to pay sth for additional esim ? Thank you

Yes you can.

You'll need your PAC from giffgaff and then follow this to port in your number Guide: Migration & porting into O2

The esim for the phone does not cost any extra but you will need to pay an extra £5 per month for the watch data plan.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yes, but my advice would be to get a standard SIM, transfer your number from Giffgaff and then swap to eSIM

Less chance of customer services screwing up!

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
