Hi,  I'm trying to redeem the extra on my O2 (Amazon Music) but I keep getting an activation error on the Amazon page when I'm logging in?

Numerous people are having issues with this. Our only advice is to contact O2

It could be an issue with Amazon too

Try using a different browser such as IE.

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
